Paul Kay, Director of Training

Paul has over 27 years experience as an ATCO having held both Aerodrome and Approach Radar ratings. Twenty years of his ATC experience was spent at East Midlands Airport where he spent ten years as the ANS Manager. Paul joined Global ATS in 2023 as Director of Training. This was a new role created to specifically oversee the UK and International training operation at Global ATS. His background and knowledge of the industry will help Global to deliver the best training experience for all students.
