Richard Barker, Product Manager

Joining the company in 2005 as a Simulator Operator, Ric has subsequently accumulated huge experience with our courses and the technology that brings them to life. Having previously held a position as IT Manager, his current responsibilities as Product Manager are to drive the modernisation of data flows and intelligence gathering relating to learner performance and their journey through our training packages.
