As the business continues to grow, we are looking to add a highly-organised and detail-orientated International Coordinator to our team, supporting international training operations. We view this as being a role that is integral to ensuring the running of our international courses is plain sailing, providing invaluable support to our academy director and sales director. If you have a background in educational organisations or relevant industry experience, and a knack for project management, then we’d love to hear from you.
Educated to a minimum of A-level or equivalent industry experience
Experience of working with an educational organisation or a related industry, with a focus on sales, scheduling, and rostering for our international courses
Proficiency in project management, research, scheduling, and organisational tasks
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
An ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
Support the production of contractual arrangements and proposal documents as required
Serve as a point of contact for customers and manage all inbound international enquiries
Ability to filter, analyse, and interpret data to create actionable insights
Identify and coordinate the resolution of any issues during the delivery of international training
Notify Instructor Competence Managers of arrival dates for international instructors, ensuring all relevant competency and currency checks are completed prior to course delivery
Liaise with International simulator operator supervisors to ensure adequate simulator operator provision is maintained for the duration of all courses
Liaise with the student welfare team to ensure all travel and accommodation plans are in place
Ensure all facilities are prepared and ready for courses including classroom layouts and relevant documentation and stationery
A highly organised professional with a passion for international coordination and training
